Coaching Services Overview
Coaching services are collaborative and individualized, supporting clients in developing awareness, skills, and strategies that align with their goals and values.
Cognitive Pathways Coaching and Educational Services specializes in Executive Functioning and Social Emotional Coaching for individuals and groups with focus around ADHD and Autism.
Executive functioning refers to the brain-based skills that support focus, organization, time management, emotional regulation, self-control, and goal completion. These essential skills impact performance in school, work, relationships, and everyday life.
Challenges with executive functioning are common in individuals with ADHD, Autism, learning differences, anxiety, stress, and during major life transitions. When executive skills are overwhelmed, people may experience difficulty with planning, follow-through, emotional regulation, motivation, and managing daily responsibilities.
At Cognitive Pathways Coaching & Educational Services, we provide personalized executive functioning coaching using a strengths-based, action-oriented approach. Our coaching helps children, adolescents, and adults build practical systems, routines, and strategies that improve attention, organization, emotional regulation, and independence.
Through evidence-informed techniques and real-world application, clients develop the skills needed to increase confidence, reduce overwhelm, and create sustainable success at home, school, and work.

About Cognitive Pathways Coaching and Educational Services
With nearly 30 years of experience in education and mental health services, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals and organizations in reaching their full potential. I hold Master of Arts degrees in Psychology, Special Education, and Human Services, and my professional journey spans K–12 education, higher education, and therapeutic settings. As a K–12 special education teacher, I worked closely with students with diverse learning needs, developing individualized supports that strengthened academic skills, emotional regulation, and independence.
My experience also includes serving as a college-level instructor and educational administrator, where I supported adult learners, faculty, and organizations through teaching, program development, training, and leadership. Across these roles, I have remained deeply committed to translating research and theory into practical, real-world strategies that improve learning, functioning, and well-being.
In addition, I have extensive experience working with children with Autism, including direct involvement in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)–informed supports and collaborative, strengths-based interventions. This work reinforced the importance of understanding neurodiversity, honoring individual differences, and building flexible systems of support that promote growth without diminishing autonomy or dignity.
At Cognitive Pathways, my approach blends evidence-based practices with a strengths-based, client-centered philosophy. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, education, and lived experience, I support clients in building executive functioning skills, emotional resilience, and practical life skills. Every coaching relationship is intentionally tailored to the individual—honoring unique strengths, goals, and challenges—to foster meaningful growth, self-confidence, and long-term well-being across the lifespan.
