Ned Snyder, M.A.

President, Founder & Lead Coach

Ned Snyder founded Cognitive Pathways with a mission to provide practical, action-based coaching that helps individuals turn insight into real-world success. He holds a Master of Arts in Psychology, Special Education, and Human Services and brings over 30 years of experience as a teacher, administrator in K–12 and college settings, and clinician in mental health institutions.

As Lead Coach, Ned specializes in executive functioning, life coaching, and skill development for students, professionals, and families. His action-based coaching approach blends structured strategies, accountability, and real-life application to help clients build sustainable systems for organization, planning, focus, and personal growth.

Barbara J. Snyder, M.A.Ed., B.S.

Vice President & Coach

Barbara brings a unique blend of healthcare and education experience to her coaching work. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Allied Health and a Master of Arts in Education, with over 20 years of experience in both clinical healthcare settings and educational environments.

Barbara has worked extensively with patients, students, and families, and has served as an educator and administrator in K–12 and college settings. Her background allows her to provide compassionate, structured support that bridges academic, personal, and life-skill development.

Emily Carter, M.Ed.

Executive Functioning & Academic Coach

Emily holds a Master’s Degree in Education and has 12 years of experience teaching and supporting students across elementary and middle school settings. She has worked closely with students who benefit from structured support in organization, study skills, and time management. Emily is passionate about helping learners build confidence, independence, and lifelong learning strategies.

Daniel Rodriguez, M.S.

Life Skills & Mental Wellness Coach

Daniel holds a Master of Science in Psychology and has 10 years of experience working with clients in community and mental health settings. His work focuses on goal setting, emotional regulation, motivation, and building practical systems for daily success. Daniel’s supportive and strengths-based approach helps clients create meaningful progress in both personal and professional areas.
